Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.

If you need to cancel an order before work starts, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be considered at our discretion prior to production.

If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of your selected package.
